How To Download A Sign-Up List

Downloading a Sign-Up List

Rally members can download a sign-up list in an Excel or PDF file by following the steps below. This feature is especially helpful to group leaders for event planning, to organize volunteers, or even print easy-to-read hard copies.

1. From within your Rally, click on "Sign-Ups" tab on the navigation menu.
2. Click on the blue "Download" icon on the top menu bar. 

   

3. A pop-up box will appear that says "Download List." Select the list you would like to download or you can select "All" to see all lists. 
4. Then, select "Excel Format" or "PDF Format."
