How To Send a Direct Message From The Members Tab

If you would like to send a private direct message to an individual you can follow the steps below.

Direct Message to Individual

Select the "Friends" tab on the far right-hand side of the navigation menu in your Rally.
Find the name of the user from the list.
Select ellipsis to the right of their name.
Then select "Private Message."
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the subject and the body of the message.
Click the blue "Send" to complete message.

*Note you can share a message that can be seen by all members of the group by clicking on the "Message Wall" tab on the navigation menu.
